Barolo DOCG is produced from Nebbiolo grapes in specific areas in southern Piedmont. It is a wine that requires aging to develop its aromas and scents, and is excellent with structured dishes.

The grapes are separated from the stems and crushed, followed by maceration to extract polyphenolic substances. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Then racking takes place and the product continues its evolution with a light fermentation until the sugars are consumed. This is followed by racking, malolactic fermentation and cold stabilization.

Aging in steel.

At least 6 months after harvest.

Ruby red with orange hues.

Characteristic, soft and delicate.

Dry, full-bodied and velvety.

Serve at 18-20° C. Wine suitable for meat dishes and aged cheeses typical of the Piedmontese tradition and many other gastronomic excellences.
