Owner and controller:
owner is the Cantina del Dolcetto di Dogliani S.a.C. with headquarters at Via Torino 58 -12063 Dogliani (Cn), responsible for processing is the President Pro Tempore of the Cantina, now Roggia Bruno.
Purpose of processing:
The data you provide will be processed exclusively for the following purposes
– Stipulation and execution of the contract and all related activities;
– Fulfillment of statutory obligations
Therefore, your refusal, even partial, to provide such data would make it impossible for Cantina del Dolcetto to establish and manage the relationship itself and to provide the requested service

The processing of personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in Art. 4 n.2 GDPR, for the above purposes, whether in hard copy or by means of electronic or otherwise authorized means, in compliance with current legislation in particular regarding confidentiality.

Your personal data may be disclosed, to the extent strictly relevant to the above obligations, tasks and purposes and in accordance with the relevant regulations.
The data will not be disseminated in any way, and even if used for marketing will be only for the purpose of informing about the activities of Cantina del Dolcetto S.a.C.
Period of data retention
The processing shall be limited to the time necessary to fulfill the above purposes and in any case for no longer than the time limits prescribed by law for the preservation of administrative documents.

Personal data are stored on equipment/servers located at the Company’s headquarters.
