The history of Cantina del Dolcetto di Dogliani began in 1978, the year in which a group of Dogliani winegrowers made the decision to join forces to establish an Agricultural Cooperative, with the aim of continuing to devote themselves to a quality viticulture with the passion e dedication that has always distinguished them, harnessing the strength of the associative form to overcome all the technical problems related first to the processing of grapes and then to the next stage that is the marketing of wines on different channels to make known the fruit of their lands and their work.
Thus was born the
Dolcetto Cellar of Dogliani
, a cooperative and productive reality that finds its foundations in the land, the people and the now well-established viticultural tradition. The processing methods make it possible to obtain a product that rewards care of the vineyard, the starting point for achieving great results, and highlights the craft of winemaking, which winery members proudly pass down from generation to generation. To date, the cooperative has 90 active members with a total of 100 hectares of vineyards.
